“virtue” 是「美德、優(yōu)點」，”assume” 是「假設(shè)、預設(shè)」，”appropriate” 是「取得、占有」。”enter into the part” 翻為「成為那個樣子」，類似用法有美國的俚語 “look the part”「儀表得體」。”live the character” 是「生動地扮演該角色」。”is absorbed in…” 是「沉浸于…」，為被動式。
